💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate may be responsible for:
✅ Assisting with daily accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
✅ Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
✅ Preparing journal entries, invoices, and payment documentation.
✅ Assisting with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
✅ Supporting monthly financial closing and reporting activities.
✅ Maintaining organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
✅ Assisting with UAE VAT-related accounting and tax compliance requirements.
✅ Preparing financial reports and Excel-based accounting summaries.
✅ Supporting senior accountants and the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations.
🎯 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
✔️ 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
✔️ Solid understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and financial documentation.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
✔️ Familiarity with UAE VAT and tax regulations is essential.
✔️ Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
✔️ Good communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a finance team.
