As part of the Bar Operations team, you will support the daily management and organization of bar services to the highest standards in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures. Depending on your level, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining quality and consistency, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Senior team members will lead, train, and motivate colleagues while managing stock, costs, and overall performance of the bar.
