🎯 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for coffee professionals who demonstrate:
✅ Genuine passion for specialty coffee and exceptional beverage quality.
✅ Relevant barista experience and knowledge of specialty coffee preparation.
✅ Strong understanding of espresso extraction, coffee brewing methods, and milk texturing.
✅ Latte art skills and attention to beverage presentation.
✅ Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment care.
✅ Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced café environment.
✅ Professional specialty coffee certifications are preferred.
✅ Flexibility to work across UAE locations, including Dubai, Sharjah, and Al Ain.
